What is the mode of payment?
You can pay online through our mobile app. We accept all payment modes including UPI, Visa and MasterCard and various e-wallets like PayTM, Amazon,PhonePe,etc.

What kind of items can I store?
You can store your luggage, handbags, shopping bags, bagpacks, gym bags and pretty much anything as long as it is not harmful(read explosive)

Is my luggage safe?
We seal the luggage using a zip-tie with a unique code which makes it tamper proof. In case of loss of luggage specific to terms and conditions, we provide insurance upto Rs 5000.

What are the cloak room timings?
We strive to provide 24X7 cloak room service, but the timings may vary. You can see the cloak room timings specific to your cloak room in the about section of the cloak room card
